Terms & Content Policy
1. Eligibility
myfansubs is an adults-only (18+) platform. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Accounts of anyone found to be under 18 are removed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials private. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you must provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Subscriptions renew monthly at the price set by each creator and are processed securely by Stripe; myfansubs never stores your card details. You can cancel at any time — access to locked content continues until the end of the paid period, after which it re-locks. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Creator responsibilities
Creators own the content they post and are solely responsible for it. Creators must complete Stripe identity verification before receiving payouts, may only post content they have the rights to, and must ensure everyone appearing in their content is a consenting adult.
5. Prohibited content (Acceptable Use Policy)
The following may not be posted or monetized on myfansubs under any circumstances: (a) adult content and services — content containing nudity or explicit sexual acts, including subscriber-only nude images and adult audio/video or live chat; (b) content that infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights; (c) copyright-infringing content, such as leaked albums, films, or another creator's paid content; (d) violent extremism — content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or hate toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic; (e) any content involving minors, non-consensual content, impersonation, harassment, or spam. Violations are grounds for immediate content removal and account termination. Stripe's restricted-business rules also apply to all payments.
6. Reporting, moderation & repeat violators
Every post carries a Report button that any signed-in user — including rights holders and other aggrieved parties — can use to report violating content and request its removal. Uploads are automatically screened against this policy, and content reported by multiple users is automatically pulled from circulation pending review. We review all reports and remove violating content. Repeat or serious violators are permanently banned and their payouts stopped.
7. Fees
myfansubs charges a platform fee on each subscription payment; the remainder is paid out to the creator through Stripe. The current fee is shown to creators in their dashboard before they start selling.
8. Disclaimer & changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
